About Me

I am a grief coach, facilitator, educator, and advocate. Having suffered the unexpected death of my brother in 2015, followed by a traumatic birth experience, the lessons I have learned from my own journey have motivated me to want to provide better access to grief support at the individual, community, and policy levels. I am also a breast cancer survivor and mother of two children so I can empathize first-hand with the impacts of health crises and life transitions.
